Refunds & returns

If it isn’t right for you, I’ll make it right.

Here is how refunds work, in plain words. The short version: if the Foundation Review isn’t right for you, tell me within 10 days of buying it and I’ll refund you in full. Last updated October 18, 2026.

The 10-day promise

If you buy the Foundation Review and it isn’t what you hoped for, email me within 10 days of your purchase and I’ll refund you in full. This applies to the introductory price and the regular price.

How to ask

Email me at hello@thegracearchitecture.com with the name and email address you used at checkout, or your order number if you have it. That’s all I need. I’ll confirm by email once your refund is on its way.

How long it takes

Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used. Once I’ve approved it, most banks post it within a few business days, though some take longer. If you haven’t seen it after that, check with your bank first, then email me and I’ll look into it.

Nothing to send back

The Foundation Review is a digital download, so there’s no package to return and no shipping to pay for.

If your download doesn’t work

If a file won’t download or open, email me. I’ll send it to you another way or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Free journals

Learning to See and Learning to Build are free, so there’s nothing to refund.

Later stages

Each ANCHOR stage is its own packet, and the same 10-day promise applies to every one of them.

Changes and exceptions

I may update this policy at any time, including the refund window and the terms for a refund. Changes apply to purchases made after the update, and the policy in place when you bought is the one that applies to your order. I look at each request individually, and I may decline or adjust a refund when a request appears to misuse the policy, such as repeated purchases and refunds of the same product.

Questions

If anything here is unclear, write to me at hello@thegracearchitecture.com and I’ll help.
