Here is what I collect, why I collect it, and what you can ask me to do with it, written in plain words. Last updated October 18, 2026.
What I collect
When you sign up for the free journal, I collect your name and email address. When you take the Go Deeper questionnaire, I collect the answers you choose to send. When you buy the Foundation Review, the shop collects what it needs to complete your order: your name, email address, and billing details.
Why I collect it
Your email address is how I send you the journal, your downloads, and the occasional note from Grace Architecture. Questionnaire answers help me understand what women actually need so I can build the right resources. Order details let me deliver your purchase and honor the 10-day refund promise.
Your journals stay yours
The journals and workbooks you download are files on your own device. What you type or write in them is not sent to me. The only answers I read are the ones you submit through the Go Deeper questionnaire.
Who helps me run the site
I use a few trusted services to run Grace Architecture: website hosting, an email service to send notes, and WooCommerce with a secure payment processor for the shop. They handle your information only to do their job. I never see or store your full card number, and I do not sell your information or share it with anyone for advertising.
Cookies
The site and the shop use basic cookies to keep things working, like remembering what is in your cart. Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies, though the shop may not work properly without them.

Some links on the Print & Keep page, like the ones for binders and hole punches, are Amazon affiliate links. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases, at no extra cost to you.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from my emails at any time with the link at the bottom of every email. You can also ask me to see, correct, or delete the information I have about you. Email me at hello@thegracearchitecture.com and I will take care of it.
Children
Grace Architecture is written for adult women and is not meant for anyone under 18. I do not knowingly collect information from minors.
If this changes
If I change how I handle your information, I will update this page and the date at the top.
