Questions women ask
How it all works.
Everything you might wonder about getting started, the journals, and the Foundation Review, in plain words.
Is Grace Architecture free?
Getting started is. Learning to See, a short journal with seven Bible verses explained in plain words, is free when you sign up with your email. The blog is free to read anytime. Deeper tools, like the Foundation Review, are paid.
What do I get when I sign up?
Your Learning to See journal right away (on screen and by email), plus occasional notes from Grace Architecture when something new is ready. You can unsubscribe anytime.
What is the Go Deeper questionnaire?
A short set of questions about where you are right now. It helps me understand what women are actually carrying, so I can keep refining how ANCHOR is explained and supported. As a thank-you, you get Learning to Build, your second free look inside the ANCHOR Method.
Do I have to finish Learning to See first?
No. Do one page or all seven. There’s no quiz at the door, and nobody’s checking.
What is the ANCHOR Method?
Six stages, Acknowledge, Navigate, Calibrate, Hold, Order, and Reinforce, that help you find what’s really going on, sort it out, and build your everyday life on the foundation God already gave you. The stages open one at a time on purpose, so you have room to live each one. Once a stage opens, it stays open.
Where can I get the Foundation Review?
You can get it on this site, as a digital download you can fill in on your phone or print. See the Foundation Review.
Can I print it and put it in a binder?
Yes. Every page has a wider left margin for a 3-hole punch, and you get a full-color file and an ink-saver version. See all your print and keep options.
What are the Eight Rooms?
The eight everyday areas of life: Faith & Identity, Stress & Capacity, Home & Relationships, Stewardship, Rhythm & Routine, Calling & Purpose, Health & Body, and Work. Picture one house with eight connected rooms, all resting on the same foundation. Once you learn ANCHOR, you can use it in any room.
Do I have to work on all eight rooms?
No. You move through ANCHOR one room at a time, and each room moves at its own pace. Most women start with one: the shakiest. You might be in Acknowledge on one room and not have started another, and that’s normal. Start with the room that feels most shaky, and come back to the others whenever you’re ready.
What is the Foundation Review?
The first stage of ANCHOR, Acknowledge, for all Eight Rooms. You score each room, see your Foundation Map, and then work through one room at a time with Scripture to find what’s really underneath. It also includes Learning to See and Learning to Build, so it works even if you start here.
Can I buy the Foundation Review without doing the free journals?
Yes. Everything you need is inside, including the two free journals as an optional warm-up.
What is your refund policy?
If the Foundation Review isn’t right for you, email me within 10 days of buying it. You can read the details on the Refund and Returns page.
Can I fill it out on my computer or phone?
Yes. Every journal is a fillable PDF. Type your answers, save, and print whenever you like. Or print it blank and write by hand.
I don’t have a printer. Can I get a printed copy?
Yes. Choose the printed and shipped option on the Foundation Review page. It arrives in full color, ready for your binder.
Will it fit in a binder?
Yes. Every page is 3-hole-punch friendly. Use any 3-ring binder, or get a custom Grace Architecture binder. Many women keep their pages to look back on, and someday, to pass down. What you write stays yours. Nothing has to be shared.
Can I print more copies later?
Yes, as many as you like. Your journals are yours to keep, so you can print fresh pages anytime: to update your answers as you grow, to try a room again when life changes, or simply to write it out beautifully for the keepsake binder you might pass down someday. If you ever lose your file, your download link stays active.
Does anyone see my answers?
Your journals are private and only yours. The only answers I read are the ones you send in the Go Deeper questionnaire.
Is this therapy or medical advice?
No. Grace Architecture is faith-based, guided learning from a nurse’s perspective, built on God’s Word. It isn’t medical or mental health care. If you’re in crisis, please contact emergency services or a licensed professional.
